On the main level you'll find an open living space featuring a nice kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and living room with new furniture! There are water views from every room! Upstairs features 2 bedrooms (both suites with private bathrooms, balconies, and TVs) - one bedroom has a King bed and the other a King bed and trundle daybed. Drop your fishing line in the water right out your back door, or dock your boat for easy access. There is also a garage and on site boat trailer parking. We have stayed here for 5 or 6 years now and each year does not disappoint. Right on the water with fantastic views. I reccomend this place 100%.

This home is great it has everything one could need away from home. From the beach decor to all the needs you could want. It has beautiful water views to catch the sunrise and sunset and you can fish and crab anytime. From both of the bedrooms you had a door to go out and set on the balcony. This house has it all.

On a scale of 1-5, this vacation was a 5 from start to finish. Bay Daze was absolutely perfect! The location is perfect, with both amazing sunrise and sunset views. Waking up on the water, lounging on the dock out front, fishing and crabbing, docking our kayaks, watching dolphins frolic, and relaxing on either of the two decks...there was no need to leave Marsh Island!! Inside the home is absolutely beautiful! Tastefully and comfortably decorated in every room, immaculately maintained, all amenities available...a happy place you’ll never want to leave!! Crossing the bridge into Chincoteague was also wonderful. The restaurants, shops, boat tours, locals, etc. all were terrific. A highlight of our trip was the ponies. We have amazing pictures of mothers and babies, a stunning black stallion, and many others. Other photo ops were of herons, egrets and cormorants. The lighthouse is really cool...if it’s open it’s definitely worth the trek to the top for the view! The beach is beautiful and relaxing...with great shell finds. Overall, there is not a single complaint about this vacation....except I wish it was longer!! Bay Daze and Chincoteague I’ll be back!! Highly recommended!

Home was beautiful, relaxing and in the perfect location. Views from the balconies were fantastic. It was nice being off the main island, yet less then a 2 minute ride over to enjoy the shops and beach. Very relaxing stay.

The property was spot on from the description, a little rustic, but clean and weathered like a place you would make a family tradition to visit.

My wifes favorite part was the decks with good water views and comfortable chairs for sunning. My favorite part was the great dock for convenient fishing and the dolphin sightings through the channel.

The great thing about the property is the location and quick trip to the beach and the best restaurants; especially on days when youre in the midst of vacation level loafing and delivery is the best option.

We would come back again.
