Aptly named, "Shady Grove" is situated in a natural marshland grove in the Richardson's Landing community. Features include 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, numerous updates and remodeling and a bright, open floor plan. Come and see for yourself - you won't be disappointed!

This was the perfect spot for us, near a family home, but gave us our own space for us and our two small children. great location - the house was just right for our needs.

It was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the because of ants in the kitchen

Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was very clean & the kitchen had all the amenities we needed (even mallets for crabs!). The view from the porch was a fan favorite. You can see the water and we enjoyed watching so many varied species of birds in flight over the marsh. You will need a car but the national seashore is only about 10 minutes away by car. There is an outside hose to clean off after the beach which was helpful.
