As one of our newest vacation rental offerings, we're pleased to be have this downtown charmer! Shreiner's Tradition is a renovated 2+ bedroom home located just outside the downtown area. Enjoy walking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the movie theater! This home features an eat-in kitchen, 2 living room/sitting areas, 2 bedrooms upstairs (each has a double bed) and a walk-through room with bunk beds. Not to mention the great front porch - you'll enjoy mornings and afternoons sipping coffee or relaxing after the beach!
- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 pet pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet restriction: no cats
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

Was an overall good experience. Within walking distance of alot of things. Nice neighborhood.
Steps steep to upstairs and offsets into rooms took some getting used to after we stumbled a few times.
Layout of house nice and was pet friendly.
Chincoteague Resort Staff were very friendly and answered questions readily.

Wonderful experience overall! The only thing we would have liked to have is a washer and dryer. The downtown laundromat was closed, so it made it less convenient with a family of five.

We loved the house and will hope to stay again next summer! Quiet and cozy, easy to walk to historic downtown, but still easily accessible to the main strip and the refuge. This was our second summer staying as a family of 3, and we love every second of it. I would recommend installing a small washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom, but it still wasnt a terrible inconvenience to just bring extra clothes. It would also be nice to have a small grill, backyard table and some chairs to enjoy the evening breeze.
